Approval

If/once your application is approved, the home search process starts. Your deposit should be ready by this stage.

Step 4

Home Search

You can choose any home within your approved amount. We can help you find suitable homes.

  • Credit Report from Equifax.ca
  • Recent Job Letter & Pay Stubs
  • Recent T4, Notice of Assessment
  • 3 Months of Bank Statements.
  • 2 Gov't Issued ID's
