How we help
Yes, you’ll need a good credit score but we’ll help you qualify through our lending partners.
A minimum down payment of 5% will be required because you need to have a stake in the home. Depending on your situation you will need 5-10% down.
You can buyout our share at anytime – either through refinance or selling the home.
It is based on the down payment but in your favour. For example, if you put in 10% down payment, you could get 70% share and 30% to us.
Through this program, you will work with our in house team of professionals including realtors and mortgage contacts that will help you on the journey from start to end.
Since you get all the benefits of owning the home, any costs associated with the home are your responsibility. We are simply providing a way for you to own the home.
